In Burkina Faso, 16,000 women live with obstetric fistula. With ARENA, let’s fund the surgical operation, medical care, and vocational training for 4 of them.
An invisible wound. A very real exclusion.
Obstetric fistula occurs during a prolonged childbirth without emergency care. The woman survives — but she often loses her health, dignity, and social inclusion. everything else.
